Jo holds an ITEC diploma in Anatomy, Physiology & Massage and VTCT diploma in Reflexology.

She is a member of ITEC Professional and carries full professional indemnity insurance.

With an M.Ed. and B.Ed, having taught in secondary schools for many years, she has a sound understanding of the factors which contribute to stress in our lives.
